What SEEMP is
The Ship Energy Efficiency Management Plan is required by MARPOL Annex VI. SEEMP Part I is the onboard management plan. Part II supports fuel data collection. Part III is the CII implementation plan. Officers should compare planned and actual fuel after each voyage and note why the ship used more or less than the plan.
How this tracker works
Difference = Actual fuel − Planned fuel. kg/NM = Actual fuel × 1000 ÷ Distance. A higher figure than the plan should be explained: weather, waiting, extra generator load or hull fouling. This page does not replace the official SEEMP forms or the company’s DCS software.
Who should use it
Useful for the Master and chief engineer closing a voyage file. Official reporting stays in the company system.
