PMS Interval Tracker

Find next due date or remaining running hours from last service.

Next Due—
Remaining—

What a PMS interval is

A Planned Maintenance System sets when each job is due: every 2000 running hours, every 3 months, or before a survey window. The second engineer compares current running hours or today’s date with the last-done figure. If remaining hours go negative, the job is overdue. Class and the company PMS remain the official record. This page is a quick check only.

How this tracker works

Running-hours mode: Next due hours = Hours at last service + Interval. Remaining = Next due − Current hours. Calendar mode uses real dates, including month length and leap years: Next due = Last done date + Interval days. Remaining days = Next due − Today. Do not use a 30-day month shortcut.

Who should use it

Useful for engineers planning the week’s jobs. Close the job in the official PMS after the work is done.
